Beyond just a simple convention, ANIME Impulse™ (アニメ インパルス) is a weekend-long celebration of all things anime, manga, video games, and fandom with the likes of a massive Vendor Hall and Artist Alley for attendees to shop to their hearts' content, special appearances from voice actors, cosplayers, influencers, and streamers, nonstop live entertainment on its mainstage, and a near endless selection of tasty treats from all sorts of food booths.

The goal for ANIME Impulse is to provide casual fans and otakus to have a venue to gather and indulge in fandom. To meet like-minded people and motivate creativity within the community.

We are people passionate about shoes - buying, selling, wearing all types of kicks - that's who we are. From trading sneakers in our middle school days, to owning a sneaker store and now running our own sneaker convention. The road to here hasn't been easy and please forgive us if we make some mistakes along the way.

Sneakerhead or not, our events are hosted for the community. A safe haven for people of all walks of life to gather, from the streetwear enthusiasts, hustlers, fashion icons or even just mom and dad on a Sunday afternoon. Buying, selling and trading exclusive merchandise is what defines Sneaker Expo, an authentic marketplace experience filled with the best streetwear, vintage and collectibles that the scene has to offer.

The shoe tells a lot about the person that's wearing it - in many ways it’s an extension of a person's individual brand and personality. Around our office we like to say "I make shoe contact before making eye contact." It's a great way to break the ice and to connect with like minded people.

To the uninitiated, the sneaker scene is more than just shoes, it's a community with its own culture. Like trading cards, sneakers can be trendy, obsessive and profitable. The culture roots from overnight street campers - hustlers waiting their turn to cop the latest holy grail of exclusive sneakers. But don't be mistaken, this culture isn't exclusive, it's universal. It's for people of all ages and backgrounds because at the end of the day, expressing yourself and wearing what you like is what matters.
