Lights & Sounds Collective is a market research nonprofit organization founded by a group of music and food enthusiasts, primarily engaged in researching the ways in which social messages are conveyed through music, the performing arts, and other commercial mediums, involving food and music, including social media, print advertising, and conventions.
Through this research, Lights & Sounds Collective is able to collect valuable marketing information and contribute to the socio-economic knowledge base of advertising and marketing on music, food and overall community gathering. In addition to this research, it also hosts music, food and special themed events from time to time.
In 2015, Lights & Sounds Collective successfully hosted KTOWN Night Market, OC Block Party and other five events, drawing over 450,000 total attendees and over 280 million total media impressions. In 2016 Lights & Sounds Collective will be seeking to double that number of event attendees through a multitude of events that includes KTOWN Night Market, OC Block Party, Anime Impulse, KCON Food Street, SILK Show, EAT Show and collaborations with other established brands such as the Americana at the Brand and CJ E&M.
